Diana Opong. Host. Reporter. Producer (& aspiring editor)

Diana is a proud graduate of the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University.


Originally from Ghana, West Africa, and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Diana's love for storytelling began at the age of sixteen when she hosted a community radio show for teens.


Diana is a 2020 AIR New Voices Scholar and works for KUOW Public Radio in Seattle as a reporter, producer & announcer. She is also available for freelance work.


Some of her favorite freelance projects include stories for NPR's Life Kit, spots for NPR News, and reporting for WHYY’s The Pulse.
